We are pleased to announce the the\u00a04th Edition of the RENMAD HIDROGENO 2026 Awards<\/strong>. These popular awards are an initiative dedicated to recognising and celebrating the exceptional achievements of leading players in the renewable hydrogen sector.<\/p>\n

This recognition extends to companies, authorities and individuals whose work has significantly driven the sector\u2019s progress, promoting a just transition and generating a positive impact at regional and national levels.<\/p>\n

It is very important that you review the entry guidelines <\/b>so that you understand how these awards work and obtain detailed information on how to get involved in this exciting opportunity for recognition.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We encourage you to support your organisation or any other organisation you believe deserves an award in the categories you deem appropriate; however, as specified in the entry guidelines, each company or organisation may only receive one award.<\/p>\n

Here are the different categories included in the fourth edition:<\/p>\n<\/div>

RENEWABLE HYDROGEN PROJECT OF THE YEAR AWARD<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>

Hydrogen is on an unstoppable trajectory, but it still faces significant challenges in project implementation. This award aims to celebrate the contribution of pioneering projects that are paving the way and bringing certainty to the sector.<\/p>\n

This award is aimed at projects that are already operational or at an advanced stage of development, which are innovative, adhere to the principles of a just transition, and have a positive impact on local society and the economy.<\/p>\n<\/div>

H2 DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR AWARD<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>

The aim of this award is to celebrate the developer of the year for renewable H2 projects.<\/p>\n

This award is aimed at developers of projects that are already operational or at an advanced stage of development. Innovation, adherence to the principles of a just transition, and collaboration with other companies and institutions driving the growth of the national business ecosystem within the H2 sector will be assessed.<\/p>\n<\/div>

ELECTROLYSER MANUFACTURER OF THE YEARD AWARD<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>

Electrolysers are an essential part of the renewable H2 value chain and a key factor in the sector\u2019s competitiveness.<\/p>\n

The aim of this award is to recognise the work of electrolyser manufacturers who design innovative equipment that is technically and financially competitive, and whose production is scaling up rapidly to contribute to the sector\u2019s rapid growth.<\/p>\n<\/div>

RENEWABLE H2 INNOVATION AWARD OF THE YEAR<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>

Innovation \u2013 whether technical, financial or business model-related \u2013 is key to ensuring the sector\u2019s continued competitiveness.<\/p>\n

The aim of this award is to recognise the most significant innovation of the year, whether in technical, financial or business model advancements.<\/p>\n<\/div>

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>

H2 PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>

This award celebrates the personality of the year who is driving the renewable H2 sector, whether through technical expertise, outreach or financial leadership. Candidates will be assessed on their role in gender integration to promote equal opportunities in the renewable hydrogen sector.<\/p>\n

Nominate and vote for the person who has contributed the most value to the sector through their professional work<\/p>\n<\/div>

THE \u00abWOMAN IN RENEWABLE H2\u00bb AWARD 2026<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>

There is a significant imbalance in the representation of women within the energy sector. That is why it is so important to identify and recognise the contribution women make to the sector, and to highlight female leaders as role models within the industry.<\/p>\n

Nominate and vote for the woman who has made the greatest contribution to the sector through her professional work.<\/p>\n<\/div>
