1.The VIP guest passes are limited in number and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis before the deadline

2. To qualify you must be a full-time employee of an energy company with an official office in Nevada, operating in Nevada. You must be able to provide an official company email address.

3. Due to the fact that these VIP tickets are limited, you must confirm your attendance to the event before the deadline by providing your full name, job title, company, contact details and address responding to the invitation you receive. You will be sent an email with a confirmation and further details about the event, such as agenda, location and speakers.  A replacement from your company can take your ticket if you cannot make it. To make a replacement you must contact us in writing with the information about the colleague replacing you. 

4. If a guest cannot make it, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can reallocate the pass.
