We announce the launch of the IV Edition of the RENMAD Chile 2026 Awards, an initiative dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the exceptional achievements of outstanding players in the renewable energy storage sector. This recognition is extended to companies, authorities and individuals whose work has contributed significantly to the advancement of the sector in the context of a just transition, generating a positive impact at the national and regional level.

Actively participate in the IV Edition of the RENMAD Chile Awards 2026 by nominating and voting for your favorite candidacies in each category. Your participation is essential to highlight and honor dedication and excellence in the field of renewable energy.
This award aims to celebrate the contribution of innovative projects that are paving the way and certainty in the sector
This award is aimed at innovative operational projects or projects at an advanced stage of development, which respond to the principles of just transition and have a positive impact on society and the local economy.
Technological, financial and managerial innovation is key to ensuring the competitiveness of renewable energy storage.
The aim of this award is to recognise the most important innovation of the year, whether in technical, financial or business model advances.
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
This award celebrates the Personality of the Year who are driving the renewable energy storage sector forward, whether at a technical, outreach or financial leadership level.
Nominate and vote for this award for the person who has contributed the most value to the sector in their professional work.
There is great inequality in the representation of women in the energy sector. That is why it is very important to identify and recognize the contribution of women’s work to the sector, the work of women leaders as role models in the sector.
Nominate and vote for this award for the woman who has brought the most value to the sector in her professional work.
RULES OF PARTICIPATION
Categories
Four categories are defined in which nominations can be submitted for the RENMAD Chile 2026 Awards
The awards will recognise the value of the candidates’ performances over the course of 2025
Application process
Candidates may nominate themselves and others they deem worthy of the award in each category
Nominations will be made by filling out a form that can be found on the website.
Specific information will be requested from each project and nominee on the reasons why the candidate deserves to qualify:
Organization responsible for the candidate project
An explanation of up to 100 words about the candidate project and its relevance to the category to which it is submitted
Beneficiaries
Candidates may be individuals or legal entities that have stood out for their work in the field of energy storage
Candidates must have performed in Chile and/or be based in the national territory, with the exception of categories that provide otherwise
Format and Voting
The format of the RENMAD Chile Awards 2026 is popular, the nominations and election, both of finalists and winners, will be made with the votes of individuals
Only one vote per person will be counted, and an email will arrive where the voter must confirm their vote
Selection of finalists
No person may be a finalist in more than one of the individual award categories. These are:
Renewable energy personality of the year
Woman of the year in renewable energy
If the same person has been nominated for two individual awards and gets enough nominations to be a finalist in both, they will become a finalist in the category with the most votes
Selection of laureates
The same company or organization may not receive more than one award. In the event that the candidate organization wins more than one category, it will be awarded only the one in which it receives the most votes
