Your registration constitutes an offer to ATA Insights to attend an event. All registrations are subject to acceptance and confirmation by ATA Insights. Your registration is for your personal use only. You may not register as a representative of another company, or resell your conference pass, commercially or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

It is possible to transfer your conference pass to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform ATA’s customer service team of this change in writing prior to the event. You will incur a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel one month or more prior to the event. For any cancellation received less than one month prior to the event, the full fee will be charged.

Method of Payment

To ensure that your registration process is quick and efficient, please make sure that full payment is received by ATA Insights in advance. If full payment has not been received prior to the event, a credit card payment will be required at the time of registration on the day of the conference.

Discounts

You may only apply a single discount to the conference registration fee. If you are using a discount code, the discount will be deducted from the online price that is current at the time of purchase. For more information, please contact the ATA Insights team at info@atainsights.com

Other terms and conditions

ATA Insights reserves the right to change the format, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of an event at any time, in each case without liability. ATA Insights reserves the right to withdraw any registration after confirmation without liability.

ATA Insights reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event without liability at any time and for any reason (whether or not due to causes beyond our reasonable control). Should an event be postponed, your registration would be valid for any rescheduled edition of that event (unless ATA notifies you otherwise).

ATA Insights reserves the right, without liability, to refuse admission to, or to eject any person at our absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who breaches these terms and conditions or who, in ATA Insights’ opinion, poses a security risk, nuisance or inconvenience to the operation of the event. By attending an ATA Insights event, you agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by ATA Insights, the venue owners, security personnel and/or event management.

Unauthorized filming, sound recording and photography, or unauthorized transmission of audio or visual material, data or information, is expressly prohibited at the event. As an attendee, you consent to the filming, sound recording and photography at the Event and consent to the use by ATA Insights (and the use by any third party with ATA Insights’ permission) of such film, sound recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.

The information you provide to ATA Insights will be maintained in a database and ATA Insights will contact you about the event you have provided information for and other events, in person or online, organized by ATA Insights. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law. The use of your personal information by such government entities and regulatory authorities is beyond the control of ATA Insights and we do not accept any liability in this regard.

ATA Insights may not be held liable for loss, injury or damage to persons or property at the event. All indemnities, warranties, guarantees, representations, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are excluded except as set out herein. ATA Insights, and any employee or other representative thereof, accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage which may be suffered in connection with or arising out of the Event, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential (including, without limitation, loss of profit, loss of business or any other economic loss) or otherwise.

ATA Insights reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Attendees, sponsors, speakers, and customers are bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time the Event is held.
