Your registration constitutes an offer to ATA Insights to attend an event. All registrations are subject to acceptance and confirmation by ATA Insights. Your entry is issued for your personal use only. You may not register as a representative of another company, resell your pass, whether commercially or in any other way. 

Cancellation policy 

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the ATA Insights customer support team of this change in writing prior to the event. You will incur a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel one month or more before the event. For any cancellation received less than one month before the event, the full rate will be charged. 

Payment methods 

To ensure your registration process is quick and efficient, please ensure that ATA Insights receives full payment before the conference begins. If full payment has not been received prior to the event, a credit card payment will be required at the time of registration on the day of the conference. 

Discounts 

You may only apply a single discount to the conference registration fee. If you are using a discount code, the discount will be deducted from the current price of the pass you choose, as shown at the time of purchase on the event registration page. Other conditions 

ATA Insights reserves the right to change the format, participants, content, location and schedule or any other aspect of an event at any time, in each case without liability. ATA Insights reserves the right to withdraw any registration after confirmation without liability. 

ATA Insights reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event without liability at any time and for any reason (whether or not due to causes beyond our reasonable control). In the event that an event is postponed, your registration will be valid for any rescheduled edition of that event unless notified otherwise by ATA Insights. 

ATA Insights reserves the right, without liability, to refuse admission to, or expel any person at our absolute discretion, including, without limitation, any person who breaches these terms and conditions or who, in the opinion of ATA Insights, poses security risks, is a nuisance or inconveniences the operation of the event. By attending an ATA Insights event, you agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by ATA Insights, venue owners, security personnel and/or event management.

 

Any unauthorized filming, sound recording and photography, or unauthorized transmission of audio or visual material, data or information, is expressly prohibited at the Event. By attending an ATA Insights event, you automatically consent to filming, sound recording and photography at the event and use by ATA Insights (and use by any third party with permission from ATA Insights). of such film, sound recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing or other purposes. 

The information you provide to ATA Insights will be stored in a database. You will also receive communications about this event and others (in-person or online) organized by ATA Insights. You can unsubscribe at any time to stop receiving emails or calls. Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law. The use of your personal information by such government entities and regulatory authorities is outside the control of ATA Insights and, therefore, ATA Insights accepts no responsibility in this regard. 

ATA Insights is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property at the event. All indemnities, warranties, representations, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are excluded except those set out herein. ATA Insights, as well as its employees or other representatives thereof, accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage that you may suffer in connection with or arising from the event, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business or any other type of economic loss) or otherwise. ATA Insights reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The attendee will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time the event takes place.
