The purchase of tickets constitutes an offer made to ATA Insights to attend an event, which will be subject to acceptance and confirmation by the organizers.

 

Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable, except in the cases and under the conditions set out in this document. You are not allowed to register on behalf of another company, resell the pass, or transfer it for commercial purposes or any other purpose not expressly authorized.

1. Cancellation and Change Policy

1.1 Ticket Transference

Up until the start date of the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person within the same business group. For that you must notify the ATA Insights team in advance and provide the details of both individuals so that the change can be processed.

 

1.2 Saving the Pass for Another Event

If you cannot attend an event, we will retain the full value of your ticket so that you may use it to attend another RENMAD event, up to and including the next edition of the same event for which the pass was originally purchased.

 

1.3 Cancellations

• Up to 60 days before the event: 25% penalty for administrative costs.
• Between 60 and 30 days before the event: 50% penalty.
• Less than 30 days before the event: no refunds will be issued. 

 

 

2. Payment Methods

• Credit/debit card
• Bank transfer (subject to conditions)

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the details will be provided at the time of purchase, and the payment must be made immediately to confirm your registration. ATA Insights reserves the right to cancel your order if the payment is not received within 1 week, since ticket prices benefit from additional discounts when purchased earlier, in advance of the event.

If full payment has not been received before the event, you will be required to pay by credit card or provide proof of bank transfer at the registration desk. The organizers reserve the right to deny access if these conditions are not met.

 

3. Discounts

Only one discount coupon will be applied per registration. Promotional codes will be applied to the current ticket price at the time of purchase and will be subject to specific conditions. They may be revoked if misuse or non-compliance of those conditions is detected by the team.

4. Other Conditions

• ATA Insights reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event for any reason, without assuming liability, rescheduling the registration for the new date in the event of postponement.
• The organizers may deny entry or expel any person who violates these terms, poses a security risk, or interferes with the event.
• Any unauthorized recording, filming, or broadcasting is prohibited. By attending, you authorize ATA Insights to record and photograph the event, and to use such materials for promotional and commercial purposes worldwide.
• The personal data you provide will be stored in a database and may be used for communications about this and other events. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• ATA Insights is not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries, except in cases expressly provided for under applicable law.
